Certified Mediator and Certified Transformational Life Coach.  The purpose of People to People International is to enhance international understanding and friendship through educational, cultural and humanitarian activities involving the exchange of ideas and experiences directly among peoples of different countries and diverse cultures.  It will cooperate with any and all other organizations, which are of similar nature and purpose.   People to People International is dedicated to enhancing cross- cultural communication within each community, and across communities and nations. Tolerance and mutual understanding are central themes.  While not a partisan or political institution, PTPI supports the basic values and goals of its founder, President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Joan is a retired Speech & Language Pathologist.  She is active with Hospice of the Valley, Union Jack Chapter of the British Empire, and still finds time to teach cooking classes, garden and travel. Airline public relations for 36 years, now retired.   Sky Harbor Air Ambassador program for 3 years.  Hospice of the Valley volunteer for 2 years.  Extensive world travel and a life time interest in world affairs and other cultures. Recently retired after 31 years as an educator and counselor.  Keeps busy by continuing to work with students as a guest teacher and delegation leader with PTP Student Ambassador Program.  Native to Arizona, enjoys traveling with Jonathan her son and with the PTP Student Ambassador Program.  She is vice president of International Women’s Club of Arizona.  Connie's goal is to offer travel opportunities for young adults through fund raising and continue to provide  PTPI Y Generation programs in Arizona.
